Yep, that's Ronald Reagan firing a machine gun from the back of a Velociraptor that is holding the American flag. I found this via my Google Plus feed and I got a kick out of it. I think it's apt given the date. I know that Reagan is one of those love him or hate him presidents, but I think that even the most ardent of left wingers have to admit that this picture is pretty freakin' awesome.
