Despite being a sketch, this is a really well done piece and it is certainly good for a chuckle, especially if you're familiar with the British Science Fiction series.
The person who sent the original link is named Chris Patterson and she goes under the Twitter name "Christeeeeeeeny". I'm assuming she's the original artist, but if that isn't the case, tell me so that I can give credit where it's due.
