6. Punisher vs. The Mist
I made a brief allusion to this idea earlier, but I still think it would be an enjoyable read. Don't get me wrong, pitting someone like Superman or Green Lantern, or even the Avengers or Justice League against these creatures would be enjoyable, but there's something more appealing about one man armed with a plethora of guns, rocket launchers, grenades, and other explosives taking the monsters on.
5. Deadpool/anything
I'm not sure which book would work best, all I know is that it would instantly make it better. That's not slamming the source material, not at all. The beauty of Deadpool is that he instantly makes something better, regardless of the quality of the original. You could take Casablanca, one of the great classics of cinema, add Deadpool, and have a better movie. It should be noted that I'm referring to the comics version, not that thing that appeared in X-Men Origins: Wolverine, though their take on Wade would do in a pinch.
4. Dark Tower/Jonah Hex
3. Marvelverse/ Dark Tower
Like DC, Marvel comics has introduced the idea of parallel worlds and dimensions. With Marvel publishing the tales of Roland's youth, and parallel worlds being a key point in the Dark Tower series, it would make sense for them to come together at some point. Not to mention, we can settle the whole "Eater of Worlds" thing since both the Crimson King and Galactus refer to themselves as such. Now that I think about it, didn't It refer to itself as the eater of worlds too? My memory's a bit foggy on that, he may not have but I could've sworn that he did.
2. The X-Files/almost anything
This straddles a line between a franchise I want to crossover into King's universe, and a franchise that I just want to see King write again. There is all sorts of stuff in the Kingverse's history that would qualify as an X-File so it wouldn't be difficult to work storywise.
1. Pennywise vs. Ghostbusters
I already detailed my enthusiasm for this crossover. I thought it was worth repeating though.
What say you constant readers? Are there any franchises that you want to see crossover? Whether they be serious or goofy suggestions, I'm curious to see what other people come up with.
