Nostalgia Critic had his list (which you can see over at www.thatguywiththeglasses.com) it's not a bad list. I can't disagree per se, but my list is different.
10 and 9. Raven/Starfire. I put these two at the bottom because I was in college when I first started watching this so it wasn't quite as odd age-wise. My roommate was big into Raven, I was partial to Starfire. Still, these two characters were both attractive, strong, loyal to those they cared about and worthy of male admiration
8. Jessica Rabbit
She's not bad, she's just drawn that way. Truthfully, it's more her rendition of Why Don't Ya Do Right? that's so damn appealing. You can't watch that scene without your jaw dropping as she drives all the men wild.
7. Rogue
Oh that accent, I could listen to her talk forever. More than Storm or even Jean Grey, Rogue was the X-Men's resident hottie on the 90's cartoon. As NC points out, she was literally one of those "look but don't touch" girls. Gambit still macked on her and they managed to develop a romance regardless. That form fitting jumpsuit certainly complimented her curves.
6. Harley Quinn
A character invented for the show, Harley proved so popular that they introduced her to the mainstream DCU. Even though she's certifiably insane and fiercely loyal to one of the biggest villains in literature, Harley proves to be endearing in her unending devotion to "Mistah J". Her playful demeanor also suggests a very sweet and caring person who's drawn to the oddballs. Besides, how can you not be drawn to a girl who actually asks the question "wanna rev up your harley?" you have to admit that that is hot.
5. Ariel
What? She's good looking, what do you want?
4. Kim Possible/Shego
This one's a tie. Both are attractive, strong, intelligent. Yet they stand on opposite sides of the same coin. Kim is supportive, caring and loyal. Shego..not so much. She's not without loyalty, and the fact that she gets Drakken is kind of adorable.
3. Android 18
This is the one that sent me down the slippery slope of being attracted to drawn women. I was one of those guys who didn't bother as they were drawn. I started watching DBZ, saw her, and said to myself "huh, if she were real she'd be quite pretty" and from there it was just a matter of time before I started noticing other hot cartoon women.
2. Janine Melnitz
While reclaiming my youth in college, I spent a good amount of time watching old episodes of The Real Ghostbusters, I forgot how comely Janine was, even more so than in both of the movies. The fact that she didn't make it on NC's top 11 was quite vexing to me.
1. I'm drawing a blank, screw it, Wonder Woman gets the top spot. I'm going to make a "hottest women in comics" and was hoping not to need to use her twice but whatever.
