This is an image from Jim Balent's "Tarot: Witch of the Black Rose" comic. The same comic that gave us the classic line, "Samantha Brown, you have to get out of here, your vagina is haunted".
You'd think that an image this absurd would make me curious to read the comic to see how this came about. Honestly, the opposite is true. I don't want context. Context would ruin it for me. This image works so much better as a stand alone piece of pure and glorious randomness. You've got some fish lady slapping a witch with an octopus while yelling "Progress!". No amount of buildup is going to live up to that, and you know what? I'm OK with that.
